Analyser – Log

Many Promenta solutions log internal technical data as they run.
The content of the log is usually very technical in nature and is designed to enable Promenta to review any problems that occur.

Promenta may ask you to send us the log – you can do that by following the steps below

1) Open Log

Note : If the column is missing check the ALV column configuration – you may need to add the column

2) View and Download Log Detail

The log view is shown below.

To send the log to Promenta : please use the Download ZIP button and save the file locally. Then email that file to us.

Note : If running an earlier version of Promenta you may only have “download” button and not “download zip” button. In that case just use the “download” button.
