Change a robotic process

How to change a robotic process?

1. Click the list option on the home page

2. Double click the robotic process you would like to change

3. Use the “jump to” list box to select the area where you would like to make changes

The following categories are available for change:

• Status – enables users to review the current status and start or stop a robotic process
• FlowBOT details – allows you to change the name description and group of the robotic process
• Transaction – allows you to change the report transaction code and variant of the robotic process
• EXCEL – allows you to specify “expert mode” parameters which influence how the EXCEL report is written. For example, sheet protection, EXCEL style sheet, alternative report title, selection of EXCEL report template and EXCEL template conversion rules
