DataFlow : Superuser

Dataflow contains a function to enable Superuser access for updates. This enables an end user (who is properly authorised and configured) to open and update a dataflow scenario without workflow approval. This can be needed when critical updates are needed on very short notice.

Available since SP34-6

Example

In the image above the Superuser checkbox is active and the end user can decide if they want to make a super user request (without workflow) or a normal request (with workflow )

Set Up

To Set up and activate the superuser mode two things are required :

  1. Proper authorisation role created and assigned giving a user access to use the superuser mode
