User guide – my settings

The “my settings” tab allows you to customise your Inbox and Global parameters (from SP34_7)

Inbox Settings

Maximum number of records
This limits the maximum number of records shown in the inbox. This is available for performance reasons

Visible Rows
This sets the maximum number of rows shown in the item list (my requests and my approvals) before the scrollbar will appear. If does not affect the total number of rows that are in the table itself.

Hide temporary items
Temporary items are generated by the system. Normally it is not useful to show these items.

Hide technical columns
Some columns are configured as “technical” in nature. You may not want to see them in your inbox and so they can be hidden. If there is a problem the support team may ask you to reactivate them.

Global Settings

These setting apply to all Promenta solutions.

Email Opt In/Out : If you select opt OUT you will not receive any Promenta emails for approval or notifications. This function available from SP34-7
