Workflow emails

Workflow emails are sent out when a new workflow is assigned to a user. The emails contain summary text for the approval item and also a clickable link to take the user directly to the approval item.

Email addresses are taken from the user’s SAP user master record (transaction SU01) – although this can be customised if necessary.
