The Launchpad allows you to start new requests, check the progress of existing requests and get a summary of the processes that you run in your organisation.
1) Start a new request
Select the process from the menu on the left – this will open the page specific to that solution
Click on the “start” icon – this will open the request in a new browser tab OR new browser window (depending on your PC setup)
You will not be required to login again – your login for the Launchpad will be carried over to the new request
2) Action tasks
You can approve tasks by selecting the link to the dashboard as shown below. The dashboard will open in a new tab or window and will be filtered to show only the tasks relevant to this process.
In the example below the dashboard shows only Journal tasks
