KB0043 – Transport import history

ISSUE : You have experienced a transport issue or have been asked by Promenta to supply the transport import history using the Promenta tools.

Transaction : /PROMENTA/TRLOGS

Variant  : /PROMENTA/R1

     If Variant is not available then make the following entries on the selection screen

• Request   No change
• Export Systems   No Change
• Report options :
  • Uncheck / unset the “Group” checkbox
  • Uncheck / unset the “Request Report” checkbox
  • Check/Set the “Request by IMPORT date” option

 

Execute the report 

Save the output by going to menu :

• List–>Save/Send –> Local File
• Choose “unconverted” option and save to the desktop

Send the report file to Promenta
