KB0044 : Attachments not posting BDS BKPF

You are running Promenta and are getting errors or warnings when the attachments are posting such as :

“BDS ATTACH SUBRC 7”

You are running a new SAP system or a SAP system that has no far not used SAP BDS attachments

This is caused by a missing entry in SAP that is used to activate the BDS attachment internal storage

• Table : BDS_LOCL
• Key CLASSNAME=BKPF
• Key CLASSTYPE=BO

If this entry is missing then it must be added as per screenshot below
